The jury and the founder of the contest Kazakh writer and translator, Bakhit Rostmov, President of the International Friendship Society for Peoples Diplomacy, called for the allocation of the third international competition (Asia Literary), sponsored by the association, to celebrate the first founder of Islamic Philosophy Muhammad Abi Nasr Al-Farabi born in 260 H (874 m), in the Turkestan Region (currently Kazakhstan) and died in 339 H (950 m). His contemporaries called him the second teacher, because of his interest in Aristotle's writings known as the first teacher, interpreting them and adding comments on them.

The Canadian has participated in many international conferences, including the Conference of Popular Culture, held by the Faculty of Literature, Cairo University. The Africa and Arab Conference held by the University of Carthage in Tunisia. And the coexistence conference held by the Alexandria office in Egypt. Dr. Lut Zeinab is a professor at the University of Teachers in Mostaghanem, Algeria, who has obtained a doctorate in Modern and Contemporary Criticism from the University of Bin Padis, Mostaghanem. She has published many novel and critical works in Egypt, Iraq, and Algeria, and she also participated in authoring a collection of critical books with professors of critical graduate studies in the Arab country. The court published many researches for her in the cash leagues in various Arab universities.
