15th Edition Of The Guido Gozzano Meleto Award

On Saturday, September 13, at 4 p.m., the award ceremony for the 15th edition of IL MELETO DI GUIDO GOZZANOPOETRY CONTEST was held in the stately Villa di Guido Gozzano in Agliè (Turin).

The award dates back to 2011 and was created by Lilita Conrieri.

As every year, historical groups in period costume paraded through the Meleto garden and appeared on the balcony surrounded by wisteria in Art Nouveau style.

Laura Di Muro and her Principi Dal Pozzo Della Cisterna Association were the guests of honor.

The actors of the Compagnia del Teatro Instabile delle gambe sotto il tavolo staged a show paying tribute to Guido Gozzano the Poet of the sweet country that I will not name.

Lidia Chiarelli's installation “Poetry and Art” was placed in the Meleto Garden, featuring small works of art and poems by authors from all over the world, while artist Gianpiero Actis exhibited some of his paintings.

It was a day dedicated to BEAUTY expressed through poetry, art, and culture.
